If you think of burritos as just bean-filled and Mexican, you really need to check us out. In addition to our Classic (Mexican) flavors which have served as a foundation for the business for over a decade, Boloco has unique flavors like the Teriyaki, the Bangkok, and the Buffalo... to name just a few. Options for vegetarians abound, and we even got a thumbs up from the local vegan authorities. We've taken the innocent tortilla to new levels of creativity. And, our smoothies
are made of real fruit, juices and non-fat frozen yogurt.
In addition to offering naturally-raised meats, organic tofu, and healthier options like brown rice, whole wheat tortillas and fresh smoothies, Boloco is the first
Certified Green(r) chain of fast-casual restaurants in New England. All Styrofoam was replaced in late 2007 with corn-based cups, our crew t-shirts and uniforms are
actually made of organic cotton, and our new recycling programs are state of the art. We realize we aren't saving the world quite yet, but we're having fun making
small differences here and there - and some day we are convinced it will all add up!
