Interested/have a background in agriculture?

I am interested in teaching an Explorations class next fall (for incoming Freshmen) that addresses the importance of rural life and production agriculture in American society and need a partner instructor. I grew up on a dairy farm and am hoping to find someone who has a similar background or an academic interest in the topic (from an economics, American studies or sociology background, for example.) You must be a Junior or Senior next year.
